Is username and password authorization supported?

No, at this time we only offer IP authorization.

Can I change the authorization IPs?

Yes, you can change your authorization IPs from the Control Panel.

How many authorization IPs can I use?

It depends on your purchased plan.

Can I test a proxy before ordering?

Of course, just contact us (Contact Form, Skype or Email) and we will send you a test proxy.

Are these proxies residential?

No, they are not.

Do you provide SOCKS/SOCKS5 proxies?

Yes, all our proxies support both HTTP(S) & SOCKS5 protocols.

Are these proxies dedicated or shared?

These are semi-dedicated private proxies, sold to only a small number of clients at a time.

What are your available locations?

We currently offer non-sequential IPs from a few locations in the United States. Moreover, new locations are being gradually added.

Can I use your proxies with any browser?

Yes, you can use our proxies with any major browser that supports HTTP/HTTPS proxies.

Are your proxies anonymous?

Yes, our proxies are highly anonymous.

Where can I see my purchased proxies?

You can find your proxies by accessing Control Panel.

How often are the proxies changed?

We can change/renew your proxies upon request.

How many users are my proxies shared with?

Your proxies are shared between a very small number of clients at a time (3 users max).
